Fiestas de Las Americas to celebrate its 10th Anniversary


The all-day outdoor festival will feature a Family Fun Run, Parade, and live entertainment for the whole family

Oklahoma City, OK, August 3rd, 2015 – Historic Capitol Hill proudly announces the 10th Annual Fiestas de Las Americas will take place on Saturday, October 3rd, 2015, from 9am-­‐9pm on Calle Dos Cinco (SW 25th between South Walker and South Robinson). This year marks the 10th year anniversary of Fiestas de las Americas and it is expected to attract thousands of people to the Historic Capitol Hill business district.

Historic Capitol Hill is a diverse commercial district boasting some of Southwest Oklahoma City´s best flavors, educational and social services, and shopping experiences.

Fiestas de las Americas is an award winning outdoor festival that celebrates the multi-­‐cultural heritage that exists in Oklahoma. Considered one of the most iconic festivals within the Hispanic Community in Oklahoma City, with thousands of people attending with their families and friends, ready to experience a unique, family oriented and spectacular celebration of culture, heritage and lots of Latin flavor.
