Join us for the opening night of our film festival on Saturday, March 23rd, 2024 at the Yale Theater, featuring various films, awards, and filmmaker introductions. The next day, enjoy free screenings at the Capitol Hill Library, where filmmakers will share insights into their work and the film industry. The Oklahoma Cine Latino Film Festival celebrates Latino cultural impact on cinema, featuring submissions from around the globe, including Mexico, Spain, and South America.

OKCine Youth Film Institute
The OKCine Latino Youth Film Institute serves to broaden the exposure and access to the industry of film making and provide hands-on experience to our local Oklahoma students. Students will learn the basic theories and processes of creating their own film and then work together to create their own short films. Students will be involved in every aspect of filmmaking, from the planning and script writing to the filming and editing.
Two in-person classes at Capitol Hill Library usually around 9 am - 1 pm on a Saturday
One filming day on a Saturday around 9 am - 4 pm
One film editing day on a Saturday at Oklahoma City University around 9 am - 1 pm
